Penerapan Teknologi Pembelajaran yang Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Generasi Z di Indonesia: Analisis Bibliometrik dan Tematik

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi teknologi pembelajaran yang meningkatkan motivasi belajar Generasi Z (Gen Z) di Indonesia, menganalisis tren publikasi terkait topik tersebut, serta merumuskan agenda penelitian mendatang. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode dokumentasi berbasis protokol PRISMA terhadap 30 artikel ilmiah internasional yang terindeks Scopus. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik dan bibliometrik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSviewer dan Mendeley. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi pembelajaran berbasis e-learning, blended learning, media interaktif, aplikasi mobile, dan AI-based tools merupakan jenis teknologi yang paling dominan digunakan oleh Gen Z di Indonesia dan terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar mereka. Tren publikasi menunjukkan peningkatan eksponensial sejak tahun 2020, terutama dipicu oleh pandemi COVID-19. Faktor pendukung seperti akses internet, keterampilan digital guru, dan ketersediaan perangkat memperkuat efektivitas teknologi tersebut, sementara hambatan infrastruktur dan kurangnya pelatihan guru menjadi kendala utama. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka pemilihan teknologi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik Gen Z dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pendidik serta pengelola lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia. Agenda penelitian mendatang perlu memfokuskan kajian pada efektivitas jangka panjang AI-based tools dan personalized learning dalam konteks pendidikan Indonesia.
