EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN JASMANI BERBASIS AUGMENTED REALITY TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MOTORIK DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dalam pembelajaran jasmani terhadap peningkatan keterampilan motorik dan motivasi belajar siswa SMA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design) dengan melibatkan dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang mendapatkan pembelajaran berbasis AR dan kelompok kontrol yang diajar dengan metode konvensional. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 64 siswa SMA Negeri 2 Dompu yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen penelitian meliputi motor skill test dan AR-motivation inventory yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan signifikan dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 32,3% dibandingkan kelompok kontrol yang hanya meningkat 12,3%. Selain itu, 87% siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar setelah mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis AR. Peningkatan ini dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman belajar interaktif dan umpan balik visual yang dihadirkan AR secara langsung. Pembelajaran berbasis AR juga sejalan dengan prinsip Merdeka Belajar yang menekankan kreativitas, partisipasi aktif, dan kemandirian siswa. Dengan demikian, AR terbukti efektif sebagai media inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan performa jasmani, motivasi, dan pengalaman belajar siswa di era digital.
