Etika Dan Tantangan Cyber Public Relations Dalam Pendidikan Informatika: Analisis Literatur Kualitatif di STKIP Harapan Bima, Kabupaten Bima
Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital di Kabupaten Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat, membawa tantangan baru bagi praktik komunikasi publik di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi, khususnya di Jurusan Pendidikan Informatika STKIP Harapan Bima. Belum adanya panduan etika digital yang terstruktur, minimnya literasi cyber public relations (cyber PR) di kalangan mahasiswa dan dosen, serta lemahnya tata kelola komunikasi digital institusi menjadi permasalahan mendasar yang belum banyak dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan: (1) tantangan etika komunikasi digital dalam praktik cyber PR di lingkungan STKIP Harapan Bima dan Kabupaten Bima; (2) tantangan krisis reputasi digital dalam konteks media sosial; dan (3) keterbatasan hubungan publik simetris dalam praktik cyber PR. Pendekatan kualitatif diterapkan melalui analisis literatur sistematis berbasis prosedur PRISMA terhadap 36 artikel jurnal akademik peer-reviewed yang relevan dengan konteks pendidikan informatika dan cyber PR di Indonesia, diterbitkan tahun 2018–2025. Analisis tematik dilakukan menggunakan tiga kerangka teori: teori etika komunikasi, teori manajemen krisis, dan teori hubungan publik simetris. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa disinformasi di media sosial, absennya panduan etika digital institusional, lambatnya respons krisis digital, serta dominasi komunikasi satu arah merupakan tantangan utama yang relevan dengan kondisi Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Informatika STKIP Harapan Bima yang mengintegrasikan kompetensi etika digital dan cyber PR.
