EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN JASMANI BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL DAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL TERHADAP PENGUATAN NILAI KARAKTER DAN KEBUGARAN SISWA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran jasmani berbasis kearifan lokal dan teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani serta memperkuat nilai karakter siswa SMA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif dengan pendekatan mixed-method yang menggabungkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 32 siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bima pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pelaksanaan tindakan dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui tes kebugaran jasmani, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh dari observasi nilai karakter dan wawancara reflektif siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek kebugaran jasmani sebesar 17,5%, disiplin dan tanggung jawab sebesar 14,3%, kerja sama dan sportivitas sebesar 15,3%, serta kesadaran budaya lokal sebesar 21,2%. Penerapan teknologi digital seperti fitness tracker dan video interaktif berbasis budaya lokal terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kesadaran budaya siswa. Model pembelajaran ini tidak hanya membangun kebugaran fisik, tetapi juga memperkuat nilai-nilai moral dan sosial siswa.
