IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN KETERAMPILAN GERAK SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENJAS

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning/PBL) dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan keterampilan gerak dasar siswa pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan dua kelompok, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian meliputi angket motivasi, tes keterampilan gerak dasar, dan lembar observasi kegiatan proyek. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan motivasi siswa sebesar 36,5% dan keterampilan gerak sebesar 23,7% pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Uji statistik memperlihatkan perbedaan bermakna antara kedua kelompok dengan nilai p < 0,001. Model PBL terbukti mampu menumbuhkan tanggung jawab, kolaborasi, dan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran Penjas. Selain itu, motivasi belajar ditemukan berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh PBL terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak. Dengan demikian, penerapan model PBL direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah.
