INOVASI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS SENSOR MOTION UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN KOORDINASI GERAK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN OLAHRAGA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis sensor motion dalam meningkatkan keterampilan koordinasi gerak mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental design) dengan rancangan pretest–posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 60 mahasiswa semester empat yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan media sensor motion dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Instrumen penelitian meliputi Motion Coordination Test (MCT), observasi performa, dan perangkat lunak Pose Estimation Analyzer 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen dengan rata-rata peningkatan 30,7% dan nilai signifikansi (p) < 0,05. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada aspek koordinasi mata-tangan sebesar 33%, diikuti sinkronisasi gerak 28% dan keseimbangan dinamis 27%. Media ini terbukti mampu memberikan umpan balik visual secara langsung sehingga membantu mahasiswa memahami kesalahan gerak dan memperbaikinya secara mandiri. Selain itu, mahasiswa melaporkan peningkatan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media berbasis sensor motion dapat menjadi inovasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran olahraga di perguruan tinggi.
