Abstract


Latar Belakang: Pengembangan motorik kasar anak usia sekolah dasar (6–12 tahun) merupakan fondasi penting bagi kesehatan fisik dan kognitif jangka panjang. Namun, model pembelajaran konvensional di SD seringkali belum mengintegrasikan aktivitas fisik secara sistematis ke dalam kurikulum. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi integrasi olahraga dalam kurikulum SD untuk mengoptimalkan pengembangan motorik kasar anak, khususnya dalam meningkatkan koordinasi, kekuatan, dan keseimbangan melalui aktivitas fisik terstruktur. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Mixed-Method dengan subjek 100 siswa SD di Kota Tangerang Selatan yang dipilih melalui teknik Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Uji-t independen. Hasil: Temuan menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol (t = 4,87; p < 0,001), dengan peningkatan rata-rata skor motorik kasar sebesar 23,4% pada kelompok yang mengikuti program integrasi olahraga. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada aspek koordinasi gerak (27,1%) diikuti keseimbangan (22,6%) dan kekuatan otot (20,5%). Kesimpulan: Strategi blending olahraga-kurikulum secara signifikan meningkatkan perkembangan motorik kasar anak SD. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan implementasi program integrasi olahraga secara bertahap dan terstruktur dalam kurikulum nasional sebagai respons terhadap krisis aktivitas fisik pada anak usia sekolah.
